Jan Cosinka's lexicon, 'My old friend Alan Davidson was commemorated in 2004 with what I believe was the first funeral cookbook in English. Why not, I thought, a funeral lexicon, with all of the corpse's favorite words and sayings? ... the bulky manuscript of 'A Glossary of Cosinkan' ... will remain a work-in-progress until finally 'crystallised' for posthumous publication, may be printed verbatim on my decease.'
